When you check in, you'll also receive your Ischgl guest card, which allows you to buy your ski pass directly at the cable car ticket office if you prefer.
How do I get to the ski resort?
The bus stop "Mathon West" is located just 50 meters away.
You can use the bus free of charge with either your ski pass or guest card.
Is there a ski depot?
Yes! We offer a heated, hotel-owned VIP ski depot located directly at the Pardatschgratbahn for €15 per day/depot. Each depot comfortably accommodates two pairs of skis or snowboards, along with boots. Please note that availability is limited, so we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
Is there a ski storage room in the hotel?
Yes, a ski storage room with drying facilities is available for your use at the hotel.
Is the hotel open during the summer?
Yes, we are open from July until mid-September. The Paznaun Valley is a true natural paradise during the summer months.
