The front desk is staffed until 8:00 PM. If you will be arriving after 8:00 PM, please let us know by phone or email. We will then provide you with instructions for self-check-in and the code for the key safe.
The provision of a parking space for early arrivals before the regular check-in time is subject to availability upon arrival and will be charged at €10.
In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the full room rate will be charged.
Please understand that we can only accept reservations for specific room categories (not specific room numbers or floors). Breakfast on the day of arrival is not included.
In case of an binding reservation we ask for a deposit of approximately 40% of the room price.

If you use IBAN and BIC the transfer from foreign countries is for free.
Swiss and British guests should pay the transfer via SEPA, only then the transfer is free of expense. Please note that any bank transfer fees are to be borne by the guest
Deposit is with credit card (Visa and Mastercard) possible too.
The remaining amount is due three weeks before arrival.
Cancellations are only accepted in written form and are only valid once we have reconfirmed them in writing. We recommend you a travel cancellation insurance. We will be happy to arrange this for you, just let us know when you make your booking. If you do not wish to take out insurance, the following charges are invoiced in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.

Children from 0 - 2 years are free
Children from 3 - 6 years old: 50%
Children from 7 - 14 years old: 30%,
The child discount applies only for our double/triple rooms and not the suites and only with two full-paying adults in a double room.
For a third adult person in a double room: 20% discount of the room price.
You can park in front of out hotel (no underground parking).
