Check-in: from 3 p.m. / Check-out: 10 a.m. Please call us if your arrival should be delayed and you will be arriving after 6 p.m. If your arrival is delayed and you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know by phone or email. You will then receive an email from us with information for self check-in and the code for the key safe.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the room rate will be charged in full.
Please note that reservations can only be accepted for certain room categories (not certain rooms or floors).
The breakfast on the day of arrival is not included. Flexible arrival and departure possible.
In case of an binding reservation we ask for a deposit of € 300,- per person.

The bill of the room can also be payed cash.
Cashless payments with EC-card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard) are possible.

Cancellations are only accepted in written form and are only valid once we have reconfirmed them in writing. We recommend you a travel cancellation insurance. We will be happy to arrange this for you, just let us know when you make your booking. If you do not wish to take out insurance, the following charges are invoiced in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.

Winter:
Children from 0 - 3 years are free
Children from 4 - 10 years old: 50%
Children from 11 - 14 years old: 30%,
from 15 years 20% reduction.
The child discount applies with two full-paying adults in a double room.
For a third adult person in a double room: 20% discount of the room price.
If you book the double room just for one person, there is a discount of € 20,- per day.
Cot: € 15,- per day.
Summer:
Children to 5 years are free,
Children from 6 - 15 years old: 50%
Children from 16 years old: 30%
